Returns and Shipping

Returns Policy
If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by calling 01943 968221. We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out.
If your order has already left our warehouse and you decide to cancel, we will refund your order, not including postage and packing. In this instance the cancellation must be made in writing (email is acceptable) within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please return the goods within 14 working days then we will then refund the original payment method used to place the order.
The goods must be received back in their original condition, unopened and unused. We do not cover the cost of returns postage and packaging.
Any goods returned without contacting us first and obtaining a Return Authorisation Number will not be dealt with. Also, you must obtain a proof of posting since we will need to see it if the goods do not arrive.

 

Shipping Details
At present we can only ship to the UK Mainland - for anything further afield please contact us on 01943 968221
Orders will be processed within one working day - subject to stock availability.
Orders will be delivered on a 2-3 day service via Royal Mail or Courier.

Shipping is FREE on orders over £100
For orders under £100 shipping is calculated by total weight of the order as follows;
• For orders under £40 a flat-rate fee of £7.95 will be charged.
• For orders between £40 and £99.99 a flat-rate fee of £8.95 will be charged.

Considerations:
1 Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the following working day.
2 We aim to despatch your order within one working day. If we envisage any delay (due to stock shortage etc) we will notify you as soon as possible by email. If you prefer telephone contact please ensure you add your number on the checkout page.
3 Multiple item orders will be shipped together where possible.
4 It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the chemicals purchased comply with any local regulations in the country of use.
5 All delivery services will deliver on working days only (Mon-Fri) unless otherwise stated.

 

Security and Privacy
Yorkshire Hot Tubs Ltd use Paypal for a secure on-line shopping payment service. Yorkshire Hot Tubs do not collect any payment details from this transaction outside of delivery details. The personal details you supply to enable us to process and confirm your order are held on our secure site and we will not disclose any of your information to a third party.
Customers have the option to subscribe to a mailing list managed by MailChimp. Yorkshire Hot Tubs Ltd may from time to time contact its customers via email to advise of special offers, price changes, new products etc. If you wish to unsubscribe from this email you can do.
We realise that some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online. You can call our showroom on 01943 968221 to place an order over the telephone. All telephone orders are subject to these terms and conditions and will be treated as if they were placed on-line by yourself.
When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address and contact telephone number. This will allow us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1984, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
